CONCLUSIONS :
EnergySmart® provided an initial surge of energy (i.e. rise in blood glucose) comparable to sucrose.
The energy from EnergySmart® lasted over 50% longer than the energy from sucrose (i.e. 90 minutes with EnergySmart® compared to under 60 minutes with sucrose). This longer-lasting energy traces mainly the specially developed complex carbohydrates in EnergySmart®.
EnergySmart® did not cause an energy deficit/hypoglycemic event (i.e. blood glucose readings below the fasting base¬line). Conversely, sucrose caused an energy deficit/ hypoglycemic event within 60 minutes.

But this has calories, whole point of artificial sweeteners is that they are non-nutritive

Any mushroom extract fans? I’ve found you don’t get nearly enough in pill form and need the powder. This seems to be the strongest blend of anything I’ve ever seen.

What benefits have you noticed? I've tried Cordyceps in capsule form and nothing.

I used to use Cordyceps and Rhodiola (plant not mushroom) when I ran track, it is an adaptogen and help with endurance and physical stress tolerance. It probably lowered my times by 10% and benefits are very noticeable when pushing endurance to the extreme.

As far as bodybuilding you probably won't feel much but on a hard precontest diet I think it could help

What benefits have you noticed? I've tried Cordyceps in capsule form and nothing.

Only started consistently a few weeks ago so hard to say as of now. Before I would usually forget to take them like 1/2 the week due to a hectic schedule.
