Best/Newest protocol with IGF DES

what's the best or the new and improved protocol for DES?

split bilat into muscle pre workout since the half life is so short?
 
I've always thought split bilateral preworkout gave the best results out of everything I've tried. Looked my best when I was doing this.

I believe for IGF-DES, it is best to split bilateral DURING workout. That is the last medical opinion I heard on the issue... from Russian Star.
 
I've tried during and did not notice a difference. From a scientific standpoint it may make sense though.

I tried 80mcgs during and pre...little difference for me.
 
Try both ways and see which is best. I prefer pre workout.

Why? Just take it to the locker room with you before lifting. Use a slin pin and put half in each delt/bi/tri or whatever you are training,walk out and lift. i did it for months
 
I always do it at home since I'm about 5 minutes from the gym, but have done it in the bathroom at the gym before if coming straight from work or something else.

I may give it a shot. Right now I'm just stickin lr3
 
I can't get enough of DES, but will also be using lr3 with it here shortly and some DSIP to help with sleep since I haven't been able to sleep much this last moth. Excited for the DES and lr3 combo!

The closest I've got to pre work out is 15 minutes.

Tempted to try in locker room but I freak out at the thought of some "lab equipment" slipping out of my bag haah.
 
I like bilateral Postworkout. Preworkout works fine as well.

Best is pre-workout bilateral. Also doing micro dosage at 15-20mcg 4-5x through out the day did good but that protocal worked much better for lr3.

Using it pre-workout is the best and there is a point of diminishing return. So start at 50mcg and work your way up to 100mcg and take notes during the process.

I dont think I ever researched more than 100mcg at a time and only would have done delts IM... hypothetically of course

ya 100mcg and it plateau out. I use to do 100mcg but when I did 70mcg I got the same results so I only used 70mcg from then on.

For LR3 15-20mcg before each meal was amazing. Pumps upon pumps with every meal.
