Anyone familiar with Anabolic Amino 10,000 by healthy and fit? I've been taking these on and off for a while now and like them. Just curious how they stack up against HumaPro or some of the others mentioned in this thread. Im not familiar with Humapro at all. I do take my aminos on an empty stomach in-between meals. I have a contest prep coming up and I think supplements like these will probably really help during the process.
I use to live off those in hs during wrestling season. That was in 96 they been arouns i think since late 80s. I think there better stuff now. I liked LBAs or making ur own.

I had some vanilla LBAs and just hated the taste. I like the ideas of pills too cause I can just throw down a whole bunch at once.. Any recommendations?

Bite into a tablet. If it tastes very bitter then you've most likely got a good level of hydrolysis. Can't say much for the profile though.
Beverly claims 50% hydro, Dr Mauro claims 80%, according to some sports nutrition experts the optimal range is 70-80%. Your average hydro powder is only 20%.
The layman's test is fairly accurate in my experience. Amino v.4 tastes like pure hell. Mass amino is less offensive.
I'm sure Humapro tastes like shit since it a free amino product.
It's good you're using them right, in between meals. beverly really dropped the ball recommending Mass amino to be taken with meals. Dumb dumb dumb
