Just curious if anyone has a highly-recommended or favorite OTC fat-burning supplement.

Are these all wastes of money, or are some actually effective?

APS Phenadrine (DMAA) is a pretty solid product as far as OTC's go.

Basically, any of the good legal Substituted Phenethylamines...which include ephedrine, but also some of the stranger ones filling the labels of various "fat burning" formulations.

Although my number 1 would be synthetine although it's much more than just a fatburner. You can only buy it online but still obviously legal.

yohimbine HCL @ 20-40mg daily (not 2.5mg caps sold, also not regular yohimbe), research clen is OTC , combined with injectable L-carnitine (injected together), and bronkaid.

Bronkaid is ephedrine sulfate, ephedrine hcl works better, its more brittle and more of the drug gets absorbed in the stomach lining meaning more drug to the blood faster for a higher peak. Vasapro, generic walgreens ephedrine, and primatene are all ephedrine hcl. That and a diet rockstar tallcan and woooo
