I'm currently taking a break from gear for about 3 months to let my body recover and reset. What are some good supplements to take to help maintain mass and possibly even gain some while off cycle?
 
Creatine. Also want to keep your diet in check, not sure what kind of cycle you are coming off and what type of PCT you did, but you dont want to get fat. Cortisol can be high when you come off, you want to keep that in check but im not sure what over the counter supp is good for that.

EAA's
Beta alanine?

Quality, whole food should be your primary supplement. Money better spent and greater results.
 
I would say your diet will be the number 1 factor in keeping size. You may even want to up calories a bit as well. After that what the other guys have said are great: creatine and BCAAs/eaas.

Yeah BCAA's and EAA's and Protein i figured went without saying. Obviously you should have a good protein powder and some EAA's or BCAA's...
 
Anything that has "Hardcore" or "Extreme" in it. Those are always the best.

I put some serious weight and strength with that stuff years ago but the op said he wants to take a break from gear. It has some serious compounds in it that really stresses the body like any other oral.

Like the others said, food, protein, BCAAs, creatine. Back to the basics. I don't bite on all those herbal test booster/muscle builders. Any company can throw anything in a bottle and say this product may produce massive gains with diet and exercise.

DAA. Creatine. Lean xtreme for cortisol control.

I said earlier that cortisol sucks when you come off and that you should try to get something that keeps it in check, but i wasnt sure of anything. I would check out this product and if it looks good give it a try...

Queefers store has some legit fat burners. Underground Supps, the Synedrex fat burner is no joke it can help keep you lean.

Why woulds the OP use this stuff when he just said he is taking 3 months off from using gear? You know this product contains legitimate steroids, right?

To be avoided by anyone that has inflammatory diseases or issues. I have minor inflammation in most of my joints and I have tried running ARA multiple times and every time I end up with a minor injury that sets me back a month or so. If you have no aches or pains go for it. If you wake up feeling like a retired NFL lineman then run far far away from this one.

I would go with the following:
BCAA
Creatine
BA
lecithin (has a high phosphatidic acid content as is much cheaper than the concentrated versions out on the market. Strength gains are noticeable and the cognitive benefits are a nice bonus. Has some preliminary research in humans showing effectiveness when dose preworkout.)

Follidrone (I might catch flack for this as it is marketed as a myostatin reducer, whether that is how it works or not it works very well for me. I gain about 3lbs every 5 weeks or so on this. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive. It is pricey though. Has some human research and also has health promoting benefits as well.)
 
All of these are great. I've obviously adjusted my diet, and I'm taking the major supps everyone is talking about. Didn't know if there was something out there that people have liked other than these. I didn't think there would be, but it doesn't hurt to try.

The scale tip nothing has worked better for me then
Heavyweight 900 by champion.
Not pretty , most will advise not
To use it. But the stuff works if just wanting to gain weight.

That and redmeat of course.
Look up what some

Lol...that fucking stuff tastes amazing...like brownie mix! Haven't had any since 2006 or 2007..
