Best OTC supplement for preserving muscle mass while off cycle and dieting???

Hey guys.. doing lots of cardio and diet looking for best OTC supplement for preserving muscle mass while "OFF" and dieting? 2grams of Protein per pound of bodyweight... creatine and glutimine. Is HMB, Phosphserine (sp) ((product for cortisol)) CLA...etc. or any new supplements that do not mess with the hormonal axis while its recovering? Thought about NO2 and Beta Alanine?
 
Just eat or drink high protein.Also get some Powder BCAA...it helps. Or you can also try Liquid Beef Aminos if you want. Pretty much just keep your body in positive nitrogen balance. Clenbuterol is also good, for its anti catabolic properties.
 
I like Lean Xtreme. Anything that could help with cort will be of assistance. I also like syntheselen. I have run this the past few times and will continue to.
