Hey guys.. doing lots of cardio and diet looking for best OTC supplement for preserving muscle mass while "OFF" and dieting? 2grams of Protein per pound of bodyweight... creatine and glutimine. Is HMB, Phosphserine (sp) ((product for cortisol)) CLA...etc. or any new supplements that do not mess with the hormonal axis while its recovering? Thought about NO2 and Beta Alanine?
