When someone you havent seen a long time, sees you and says

"Damn dude... stay off the roids!"...

(and i havent taken anything just put a lot of work in at the gym and been basically perfect on my diet)

Its amazing how one comment can really keep you motivated.

Just wanted to post my feel good story for the day...

that is all....

(no pic yet... 4 more weeks on my diet and i will post some before and after pics...)

Its nice to get the reminder from someone else that all your hard work is showing.

I was on the beach a few weeks back and had several guys ask me if I was a professional wrestler I thought, well… I guess that's OK as long as they are not talking about sumo wrestling

compliments now and then, but mine are either from a woman saying wow nice body or nice muscles, or old friends going " Dude, your huge"

best compliment i have ever gotten also the oddest. if i had a body like yours i would walk around naked. coolest one lately wow you have really slimmed around the waist good job good size in your chest.

I never like to get *that* out of shape in the first place... I could care less about compliments.

comments like that annoy me. I hate steroid comments, i find it offensive. But I can understand your point of view, I have been doing this too long though, I remember how it felt when I first changed my body for the better and it did feel great. I recently got a little burnt out which has lead to a long needed break for me.
