I wouldn't consider T3, helios, and clen peptides. To answer your question, diet will play a far larger role in fat loss, however, use of mod grf 1-29 and a GHRP will do wonders with diet in check. Going beyond peps, clen and T3 obviously work through their affect on raising your metabolic rate, but again, I wouldn't consider them peps.

From the list, I will say T3/Clen. Off that list DNP or ECA. Just my opinion.

Yea clen always did wonders for appetite control for me, 2 weeks on/off. t3 made me just way too ravenous all day and I crashed hard when coming off.

I haven't used the grf ipam combo long enough to talk on fat loss, but just today I was finally able to do overhead presses for the first time in a few years. I've only been using grf, ipam, ghrp 2, peg mgf and igf's for about a month now so who knows. I think it's amazing if that was the case though in only a month or so. :headbang:

Timeless, actually the clen I was talking about came from them. Seemed fine to me, but that's all I've used of theirs. Ergo for everything else.

I wasn't impressed with helios. Worked up to 2.5ml a time, split in multiple shots to fatty areas. No shakes, no sweats, nothing. I guess I expected more being that I always hear about all those that enjoy them. Could be a bunk batch as well as there were a few manufacturers that had issues in that department.

So....I'm guessing you saw no fat loss either?? How long did you stay on it??

I didn't personally see fat loss, especially not to the extent of site specific. I was on for around 10-14 days--don't really remember.
