Best peptide for lagging body part ?

So my test subject has a lagging body part that needs to increase in size. Any experience with peptide to help catch up or increase muscle in size ?

Run IGF1-DES immedietly pre workout in lagging muscle group. I would also run a good stack for overall growth like cjc no Dac and GHRP-2.
There are better options for local site growth other than peptides unless your only wanting to go this route.
