So whats you favorite place to put something with lots of PIP. Pecs seem good as they don't cripple you even when sore and I know that Quads and calves are definite no go. Where do you pin the painful stuff?
Shoulders and lats do well even with alot of pain or swelling. The lat obv is a large muscle group and even if it would hurt from an injection I could still lift heavy when training back. I've heard a lot of people saying they only pin so few compounds in the glutes excluding the possibly painfull one as they can't squat etc if they are too sore but I found that icing the affected area helps and its so Damn easy just to sit or lay on an ice pack to help with the glutes. It's much more a pain in the ads to wrap an ice pack around the delts but at least rolling the shoulder, moving the arms in a circular motion, seem to help to keep em from getting too tight and at least it's easy to reach over and massage the delts.
If I had to pin compounds with high PIP then I would stick with the glutes, but like said above I try to avoid them if I can. I am a long ester kinda guy.
I still do my quads with prop. It hurts but to me is the same as shoulders or glutes. And they're easy to do so I go on anyways. Now prop with no grape seed.oil was rough I'll say that lol
Delts because my legs are gay and every time I pin anything into them they swollen like a mother fucker and it gets UBER painful! I fucking hate those assholes (I'm still talking about my legs).
There's enough non painful gear out there to not need the painful ones.. Glutes has always been my testing grounds... Figuring I was spanked to hell there as a kid haha.. But even then i got over the painful stuff. Some reason high dosed gear hurts more for me... Like test 400 compared to 250
