Best postworkout meal ?

Rice, chicken and also broccoli. Clean and easy to prepare.
In bulk I eat wholemeal pasta instead of rice.

Post workout something like chicken (drizzled in honey with chilli flakes) with basmati rice. Although there are so many possibilities. Any lean protein source with a mixture of fast and slow acting carbs is best for me. Recently it's usually just protein and complex carbs (pasta or rice). Although with that I sometimes like to also add a few medjool dates as well.

For pre workout I like oats mixed with chocolate and peanut butter whey with sliced banana.
