Hey guys

I'm trying to make my own custom pre workout formula and am trying to figure out what I should include in it. Please let me know what ingredients work best for you guys and at what doses. Thanks!!
 
man this comes up like once a week. But here you go. 8 grams citrulline malate, 5 grams creatine mono, 5 grams taurine, 2 tbls liquid glycerol, 10 mgs Cialis, 200 mgs caffeine
 
50 mg Anadrol
50 mg Viagra
100 mcg IGF1 des
10 ius humalog
2 reduced fat blueberry muffins from dunkin donuts

Ephedrine as needed

3 table spoons LBA , 30 min pre workout.

10iu Humulin-R , 30 min pre workout

200mg caffine , 30 min pre workout

20g EAA , 10g Citruline malate , 10g creatine , 10g glutamine , 10g Leucine , 50g HBCD , mixed in a 1.5 liter bottle with pink lemonade crystal light
Start sipping this on my way to the gym and through workout
 
Greek yogurt and a banana.......works great and saves a shit ton of money on over priced supps !
 
Mix the last 4 posts together and you cant Miss!!!
 
over the counter wise I have NEVER had any pre-workout work better than MR.hyde, including those with DMAA in it

When I mix my own

cittruline, creatine, glutamine, l-carnitine, beta alanine, EAA, hyderolysed casein, vitargo

and ill mix something like my.hyde in there

It's probably for the best. You would need to take twice as much dnp if you had the munchies all the time.

Used to years ago, some of the best training I ever had. 1/2 a joint on the way, the other 1/2 on the way home Would just get into the zone and train like it was all that mattered. Can't smoke anymore, get super anxious and paranoid. Came out of nowhere after getting stoned daily for years, it sucked and I'm terrified to try it these days, lol

Water based or 100mg of injectable winstrol gives a very similar effect, you feel like a superhero for a few hours.

Liquid beef aminos. This is the best protein supplement there is. So tasty. It has glycerine in it which gives you great pumps. Great on coffee or anything really or just by itself. Hit pitbulltank. He's a sponsor here.
