From reading your posts it sounds like you need to start rotating your rep ranges and include more higher ranges (12-20 etc).
Listen to your body so take deloads and rest days when needed.
Curcumin, Bromelain, Ginger root etc for inflammation/joint pain. Curcumin is great. Bromelain doubles as a great protein digester so could be used with larger protein meals. Ginger root is great for nausea and digestion as well. You don't need all and curcumin only at a good dose would be gtg.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are extremely useful for overall recovery, nagging injuries, sore joints, minor tears etc.

Intra shake such as 15-30g EAA's and 25-50g HBCD's for general recovery from training. Intra shakes have made a big difference in my overall recovery.
Massage, deep tissue, art, chiro etc.
