I am a huge fan of pancakes, have been ever since I was a little kid, and I decided to make a pancake recipe that catered to my bb macros. I have tried multiple recipes but this one comes out the best and taste most like the real thing.
Best Protein Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Oat Flour
1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
2 Sccops Trutein CinnaBun Protein Powder(blend of whey, casein and egg)
1/2 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
1 TSP Baking Powder
3/4 cup Egg Whites
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Heat up griddle to 350 and cook 3 minutes per side.
Tip- Beat egg whites till they begin to fluff and then slowly turn them into the rest of the mix, makes for even fluffier pancakes.
I use either Walden farms syrup or a sugar free, probably would taste amazing with pure maple syrup as well
Macros:
Protein: 86.5 g
Carbs: 67g
Fat: 6.8g
