I typically mix optimum casein, tp beef isolate, and pf super plasma protein.

trueprotein's casein is very good. the chocolate coconut flavor is very good, same with the java mocha.

I love ON casein, however right now I am trying this protein my buddy was using made from raw milk, all natural, expensive but so far it is working very well for me, I will wait another month and I will post name and supplier, but I have gain some nice size and lost BF, and really the only thing I have changed was my protein. I bought the team skip mix, about a year ago. The flavoring was off, and it tasted terrible. I still like trueprotein, but my experience with the team skip mix was awful. I bought 5lbs, and I have 4.95lbs left.

I've heard so many people say how good it tasted. I guess I just got a bad batch.

Optimum Nutrition Casein is ok but I like Prescription Nutritions Micellar casein better as it is not gritty like the Optimum Nutrition's.
