And I for sure am not going to vote for a tuna shake as "best" but nice try.

Flavor perhaps. Not so much for quality of ingredients though.

My favorite way to make frozen protein ball:

Mix two scoops choc. Whey, some sugar free choc chips, 2 tbsp PB, 1 tbsp Vita Fiber and splash water until you can get it to mix. Then throw it in the freezer for an hour till your next meal and you have a tasty cold protein bar to snack on!! Heaven!!

Well if the ingredients are superb but it tastes like crap which most do then forget it. Most shakes come in mainly chocolate which I can't stand. Or maybe they have an okay flavor but there is a weird after taste. I can drink these all the time and I never get tired of them so it's a win for me but to each his own.

Out of protein powder? No problem! This great tasting protein shake combines canned tuna with banana, milk, honey and peanut butter.

INGREDIENTS-

1 can of Tuna, packed in water, drained
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 - 1 tsp Honey
1 medium Banana
2 cups Milk (No less than 2% fat)

Maybe just eat the Tuna and wash it down with the rest bro.
