Best protocol for coming off TRT after 6+ years

Age 33. Want to attempt to try and come off TRT.

What protocol should I try? And when should I run a follow up test? I’m open to suggestions because I don’t think TRT is providing me much benefit right now. Have any of you guys successfully stopped taking TRT?

For what it’s worth, I decided not to take anything to come off, there’s a few reasons and explanations in the thread I posted, I’m 3 months off right now and got blood tests done recently;

Total Test: 312 (range 250-1100)
Free Test: 67 (range 35-150)

I feel like absolute garbage lol the first 4-5 weeks weren’t bad but after that the all day lethargy and lack of motivation and weakness when I started training again and just feel like an old man, no sex drive etc all started kicking in. My reasons for coming off were just taking a break and trying to get on legit scripted TRT by a doc, so going through that process now.. Got more tests I have to do in July...

Come off, do the best protocol out there and tell us how much benefit your were getting from that new perspective. Are you wanting to have kids? I do have a protocol for that that worked wonders for a friend. Otherwise, stay on.

I've always figured triptorelin would be what I would use to come off AAS after long periods

For good? Yeah not a good idea since you were already low test before going on.

Not trying to high jack your thread but serious question, how come at 27 you started TRT?

This is suppose to be a go to protocol for fertility from a well established doc
clomid at 100mg per day the first week, then 50mg per day for 3 weeks. HCG at 250iu every other day until the whole 5000iu was gone
