as mentioned before in other threads, pyramiding is another great way to hit all of these ranges in one workout. Sometimes I also think hitting one range for 3-4 weeks at a time works well, then switching.

Reverse pyramid from 10-20 as warm up upper body till I hit a peak of 5 reps...lower body warm up with 15-50 to 5 reps..Covers stregnth and hypertrophy..
 
They said 2.7g glycogen stores 1g of water with it.... it is the other way around. The common accepted model of glycogen to water ratio is 1:2.7

I agree. I have been cycling through rep ranges. 1st week 12-15, 2nd week 9-11, 3rd week 6-8 and 4th week 3-5. Then start over again. I have saw gains in strength and size.

I f***ing hate 12 to 15 rep ranges. That whole week sucks for me.
