What I've often wondered is people who train say old school on a 6 day split training muscle groups twice a week & they can't train as heavy & hard when the second workout rolls around ..they always say I'll train light today ( high reps).
What's the point..
I think myself it's better to train moderate weights & leave some Gas in the tank if training like this...or just train heavy low reps & rest.
