I dont smoke. My family does who live in a different state where it's legal. And when I visit them and my brother and me dab, I do sleep good, but that's not something I can do where I am frequently.

Unfortunately it seems like us Insomniacs just have it rough. Get addicted to benzos, get shit thats makes you so groggy the next day you're useless or hokusppkus bs that never really helps.

Not much we can do lol. I really hope they get a benzo like aid that doesn't cause dependence.

yeah you can, with a pen, i smoked one in the bathroom at court I accidently left in pocket, I have no idea how the metal detector didn't go off but it was a plastic style disposable

Get ready to hate this but I had to do a review on clinical trials for sleep "remedies" for work. Everything you think is bullshit has the strongest clinical support: CBT, routine, light hygiene, etc.,,, there are zero drugs in comparison. An older data analysis included GHB but that was disqualified for the purpose of this review.

Taken sparingly I’ve never had anything work as well as atarax.
It’s non addictive but the tolerance builds up insanely fast. I
I’m good with 10mg if I take it once a week but anymore than that and I have to keep increasing the dose.
