Best split for men's physique

He's doing my nutrition and cardio programming only.

that all you can afford....???

That does seem bizarre to me. I know he is in demand and charges a lot but if I were to ever want to get coached I would rather they just handle everything. If I couldn't afford to get everything I would just do it myself.

JRock I assume you let him know all about the training you have been doing so he can give you an appropriate diet? I guess the same with the drugs too. It's all pretty simple but I would think with all the added communication needed it just complicates things.

If you are making progress from FT I don't understand why you would want to get away from it.

This is a good point and after reading the advice here I think I'll stick with it. The idea was simply for a change for a short stint. I figured 8 - 10 weeks of high volume would be a nice shock.

Arms, abs, chest repeat
Sorry couldn't resist:D
Seriously though you'll do well and good luck

He has three four tiers: nutrition, nutrition plus training, and contest prep versions of both. I signed up for a year of nutrition with the intent of using Fortitude Training for the majority of time.

I run everything by him - training program and drugs. I want be clear that we are on the same page and things are progressing nicely.
