best split

what you guys think that is the best split when training each bodypart 2x per week, and could only train 4 days per week

Gotta experiment and find what works best for you- then change it up- cheers
 
Monday=Upper body
Tuesday=Rest
wednesday=Lower body
Thursday=Rest
Friday=upper body
Saturday=rest
Sunday=lower

or

Monday= chest, shouler, tri
Tuesday= back, biceps,traps
wednesday=rest
Thursday=Legs
Friday=chest, shoulder, tri
sat=rest
sun=rest
Monday=back, biceps,traps
etc.

chest / back/ shldr
legs / calfs
bi / tri / rear delts

There is overlap but that doesn't necessarily need be a problem, I'd say try it out for a few weeks and report back. If it fails it fails. "The best split" is something that doesn't exist in absolute terms anyway so no reason to go and search for it :)
 
i normally do a 5 day basic split of chest-back-legs-shoulders-arms. and have always made pretty good gains off it

but i think i may change it to a 4 day split of

chest, shoulders, and bis
legs,abs
off
back, tris
legs, abs
off

reason being is because my shoulder has been pretty sore lately so im taking some time away from overheard presses.

Whatever split allows you, personally, to hit all body parts as frequently as possible with adequate recovery time allowed.
