Best sups to reduce cortisol levels

i think much better idea to address the life style issues rather then taking something to fuck it all up more. in the end it will prob bite you in the ass.:lightbulb:

This. Some people must take 40 pills vitamins and herbs a day for every little thing. Food, anabolics, multi vitamin. Probably the mindset we need a pill for every little thing to optimize health and gains causes more cortisol than if we just focused on the basics.

Question, how do you know your cortisol levels are high? Im assuming you are referring to some bloodwork...

do you feel beat up? There are several other factors that come into play rather than just cortisol being too high.

..TREN

Im not aware of the advantages to the saliva test. I recommended ESR/CRP as OP or anyone for that matter would almost surely fall into range on both UNLESS you have an underlying medical concern, those IMO are the only people that really need to worry about cortisol. Americans dont live stressful enough lives.
A 24hr saliva test is done by taking four saliva samples through the day. Cortisol changes throughout the day and supposed to be more accurate as to what is going on with it than a blood cortisol test. I'm not familiar with a esr/crp test.

I have suffered from fatigue and tiredness for a few years now and have done a lot of reading on cortisol and thyroid(dont believe either to be my issue). While many doctors dont believe in adrenal exhaustion, only adrenal fatigue, some doctors do, and user accounts along with blood work would suggest some people's adrenals just cant keep up with daily stress and intense gym sessions.

I dunno, I'm no doctor. I am familiar with adrenal fatigue though. My brother has addison's disease and has to take cortisone.

Anything anxiolytic (a drug used to relieve anxiety). will indirectly affect cortical steroid output in the body. Opiates are know to do that and the effects of Nubain (Nalbuphine) are well documented for that.
I was recently turned onto Tumeric or curcumin oil , and aside from a list of benefits this compound has, I noticed a slight anxioletic effect, and muscle relaxation when taken at a .5ml dosage.
This has been my experience,`I am taking it for its Anti Inflamatory effects. take a look at this compound if you are interested in its effects for yourself.

L-Glutamine

I remember when L-Glutamine was supposed to be the king of managing cortisol. It hasn't been that long ago. It's never mentioned anymore.

How about anti-cortoouttacontroladilexisumptin.
But you can only take it at exactly 6:11 am with vodka? I'ma gonna try that with the other million things I put in my body.

It's: anti-corto-outta-controla-dilexi-sumptin! LOL

Try:
Heavy chest day,
Heavy leg day,
heavy back day,
Eat more protein,
Moderate test and GH, Try to rest.
That'll work.

Have you had your cortisol tested recently?

GUNSMITH, I have a very similar or close to the same job you have. Try Dr. Bergs like of anti-stress pills. Also, he has some good youtube vids as well on the subjects.

Stay safe

I surprised someone's not on here saying humanofort saved their life.

The problem with his product is it's full of a lot of useful stuff, but under dosed. I'm not here to rip on you, but for $25 a bottle, no thanks.

Recently I have been diagnosed with extremely high levels of cortisol. Still seeing a specialist but I tried this and it did help

So far, ironically low dose tren (10mg a day base in oil) has actually been more beneficial.

Ofcourse lifestyle changes would be best but i'm far from retirement so that shit is out of the question.

This is from Dr.Serrano:

Most of the patients also achieved a reduction in cortisol levels, the higher the starting level the greater the reduction in the AM cortisol levels. I will like to add that we used patients of all ages and in different setting and almost every single time cortisol responded to Humanofort in positive way. 28% patients who filled out a questionnaire noted they felt better and had an improvement in sleep quality.

Emeric,

With no disrespect but I’ve seen it a hundred times. Why doesn’t Dr Serrano discuss this any longer. No one ever talks about it other than a few guys on this board. I’ve tried it countless times and yes it seem to help my sleep and mood but I don’t know for sure. Let’s see more studies? And not on dogs.

Dr. Serrano is involved but not for the bodybuilding industry. You don`t need to take it if you don`t like it.

I won’t.....that being said I still respect you as a person.
