Best one everrr- Vanilla whey, Almond milk, banana, almond butter, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, agave. Throw some ice cubes in the blender with it all and BAM! Delish!
I like Optimum Hydrolyzed Whey in chocolate. I add a banana, and strawberries with a carb powder.
Post workout, I like Optimum's Recovery 211 in chocolate. I will also add a fruit or two with 1/2 cup of oats. It already has enough fast acting carbs in it.
