Best thing for pump while off?

What do you guys recommend to get a pump and maintain it while off all AAS? I can get a decent pump but it's gone minutes after I leave the gym.

I think that's typical mate, at least for me , even taking AAS that give me a strong pump like Anadrol, or Superdrol the pump only lasts 30 mins - 1hr after coming back from the gym. I have tried otc pump supps but again the pumps will eventually fade away shortly after a workout.

For me the best pumps come from eating a ton of sodium, drinking close to 1.5 gallons prior to workout...and being near full of glycogen without spilling over....

Pumps are wicked as fuck just 20 mins deep into a workout

OTC supp called anabolic pump... Take it before carb heavy meals and the pump is comparable to AAS, IMO.

How much do you weigh now? Just curious. I know when I am heavier and have more muscle on me I tend to have ether bumps and hold them better due to all the blood coursing through the muscles.

There's NO comparison to an AAS-assisted pump to some bullshit OTC product or a "carbs before workout"

Just a measly 25mg of Dbol will wipe its ass with everything listed in this thread.

Do you think takin small dose of dbol 3 days a week as a pre workout woul have any effects?
