you guys are crazy with these questions, its not that complicated, you have 3 pulses per day, IN, BETWEEN THOSE PULSES, you can take it right before bed it really wont make a noticeable difference.
I prefer before bed. This is when I get out of the shower about an hour post workout. I lift in the evens after work and then eat dinner, then to the shower, pin, then to bed.
I am not an expert at all and haven’t tried it any other way. Only started GH about 8 wks ago. I’m still just using 2IU per day.
