take it whatever time you can tolerate elevated blood glucose levels. Why would that ever be at night? We're just laying there like fucking slugs at night. Best to use it pre-workout to take advantage of the elevated blood glucose.How would you time HGH administration in relation to training? Some successfully schedule it immediately post-training, followed by a large meal 30 minutes later.
dittoI have tried numerous methods. AM, PM, broken up throughout the day. AM works best for me

There are well-documented metabolic benefits to this HGH schedule, but I’ve also come across quite a few cases where this regimen led to increased lethargy during the day.Ive ran it AM and PM, now I stick with PM use. AM use for me was harder, as I would crash hard at mid day. HGH levels are typically highest in the morning and lowest at night, so works well for me.
