What do you think the best time of the day is to take L-Carnitine (Synthetine)? I understand that Carnitine is a transport for fatty acids to the mitochondria and enables it to be used as energy.
Just throwing thoughts out there but would it be useful to use at night, so that your body can use the energy to feed the muscle whilst you sleep? Or am I looking at it the wrong way.
Any imput or experience would be great.
