ive been training for 13 years now and always all my life trained around 3-5 pm sometime.....mow with kids i find it easier to train before work at 5am....feel pretty week then because ive just woken up, but all around after the gym im awake. Now how do you like the benefits of mornng training? should most of my strength come around ......not really used to training this early

how do you fins time to to train at all post whore starting 50 meaningless threads in 12 hours:rolleyes:

Whichever time is best for you.

Good luck trying to get me in the gym before 9am or after 8pm.

I train in the morning in a fasted state, and its ok, Im like most on here, have a busy day and mornings are much kinder to me.

i also prefer training in the morning in the fasted state with the exception of 1 scoop of whey isolate

The best time to train is when your body is at 100% ready....regardless of what time of day it is....for me when I train in the morning I'm worthless (can't wake up) so right after work (around 5:00) I have the best lifts and feel great afterwards. :)

For me its best when i can work out in much calm & excited state of mind & body.

I like to have at least 3 good solid meals in me before I train. Anytime after that is cool with me.

I tried training at 6am for about 6 months. Hated it!:banghead: I just couldn't drum up the intesity I like to have. Thankfully I have a flexable schedule so I train around noon. I like that best!

11AM works for me. Gives me time to get my eggs and oatmeal in and loaded. I then spend the rest of the day eating with intermittent work breaks :)

I have found the best time to train is around 10:00AM or 6:00PM due to the body's circadian rhythm cycle.

Im with you on that.
I like training between 2-5pm or so.
A few months back I was training at 11PM after I got out of work and even though the workouts were ok I couldnt fall asleep till 3-4 hours after.
And early in the morning I also feel like I have no energy and feel weak as hell.

I've always preferred to train in the afternoon/evening (after 4pm) when lifting. I feel having all those meals in your system from eating throuhgout the day is most conducive to training. Cardio is fine at any time as long as it isn't too intense.

I like to train in the evening close to a few hours before bed. Its always worked for me.
