BEST TRAINIG ROUTINE WHILE ON M.A. SLIN PROTOCOL

I will be incorporating Mike Arnolds pre slin protocol with hum-r in the next month, and was looking for facts regarding the best way to train during this time. Mike never really touched on this as far as I know, but I'm sure the manner in which you train when administering slin this way does play a factor in the results one gets

I was thinking higher volume?? As I know the whole idea is flushing nutrients to the muscle while the slin is active.
I'm not necessarily looking for an exact routine, just general guidelines to make this the most efficient

High intensity, high volume....minimum 75-90 min in the gym.

Thanks Knight! How high volume we talking? I'm usually a high intensity, low volume guy, so high volume to me is 12 sets per bodypart or so.

How high are you referring to??
 
He has numerous articles on t-nation and his website, Mountain Dog Diet - John Meadows.

There's no quick way to outline it...you really need to read up on it. It's more than just a matter of volume/frequency.
