Best treatment for osteoarthritis and inflammation of shoulder

Hey everyone. Ive been having some shoulder issues for a few months now. I had a ultrasound and it appears I have some osteoarthritis and some inflammation of my bicep tendon/sheath at the shoulder.

I've tried some BPC 157 and TB500 but they have not helped at all. I scaled-back my workouts for less than 50%.

Just wondering if there's anything else out there that anybody could recommend for this type of situation. Thanks for taking your time to read.

Cortisone shot helped for a while but it came back, but hasn't been as bad as b4

None of that stuff works, visit an orthopedic surgeon and request Synovist or Synvist shots in the shoulders. Painful shots but worth it, you don't feel any pain for approx 6 months of more, the best! :headbang: BPC, etc won't work, trust me I tried them all and I have a total of 5 surgeries 3 of them on the shoulders

Holy shit. I just watched a video on this. That's a lot of poking! Lol

Have you had it done? Did it help? How long does it last?

I did 2 rounds for my lower back about 8 years ago within 10 weeks, there is poking yes but just like pinning gear or site enhancement, the same feeling; it was worth it for me to say the least; for your delt, ask for a prolotherapist who uses ultra sound to inject intra articular if you choose to go forward with it; for my entire lower back the procedure lasted around 20 minutes.

Did your insurance cover this?

Have the results lasted this whole time?

improvement was around 50% after the 2 treatments, started almost immediately, and remained as such for around 7 years, I should have done one treatment every 2 months for a total of 6 or even 8, then once a year to maintain. I recently did prolozone but it did not deliver much.

Just an idea, if you choose to do it, ask the doctor to use an ice spray, or a cold spray right before each injection to lessen the poking pain. I have seen a prolotherapist doing it in a video on youtube and on a woman, she did not seem to feel the pain.
As a matter of a fact, I will use it for site enhancement where the area is sensitive like calves.

If you have arthritis not much is going to repair it. Cut back on the things that are causing it. And use supplements to slow down the degeneration.
