Go to the beginners forum. To answer your question; I do 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. I start at 40mcg for 3 days and increase it every 3 days by 20mcg until I get to 120mcg for 3 days then I dose down. If shakey or headache become unbarable... just lower the dose. If you get cramps alot... Drink more water. Anyways, it would look like this.

I am not sure if this is thee best way to cycle clen, but it works for me and that is enough.
