From personal experience.. Which way do you find gives the best results when looking purely for strength/muscle gain..
1. Split total weekly dosage into two to 3 dosages per week.. Gavin Kane style. So if you usually do 4 IU's a day.. Then you would do 9IU's 3 times a week post workout..
2. Keep a consistent dosage everyday.. SO 3-4 IU's everyday.. Morning? PWO?? Night? Sub Q? IM?
From the short time my twin brother has used HGH.. He has noticed sub-Q injections to be good for spot fat loss upon waking up.. Now that he is bulking.. He has been trying IM.. PWO..
