Anytime you want to take in extra protein, mix up your protein sources, or take the place of a protein source here and there. I personally use them in between meals. Helps with extra protein grams and keeps the muscles and body fed all day long. (hope this helps)
Thanks for the feedback, ya i am just going to use them as a late night snack maybe or for an extra snack or meal during the day to give me a boost in my protien intake
