I was gonna say the same thing. Clen and ephedra work on different receptors for the same purpose. Great to alternate. I like both more for the extra push thru good workouts and cardio sessions when I`m in a calorie deficit. Goal to burn the calories through cardio and work vs higher doses of drugs to burn the calories.
If you are only using for 8 weeks just progressively every 5-7 days bump the dose as you feel comfortable. Then stop when sides get to be too much and stay there. If running for longer periods I would use differently but for 8 weeks I do that. It's actually what I do do.
I know science shows receptor down regulation... Personal experience with myself though I've found it continues to work much longer than the recommended 2 weeks. Just my experience and opinion.
