Im two weeks away from pct. I got pct covered nicely but decided to run some rips to help keep muscle and recomp a little. I got 3 kits of rips and was thinking 5 iu a day split am and prebed 60 days then back on lower dose peps.Ive been on ghrp/cjc for a good 3 months now with good results. Is there a better way to run the rips to preserve muscle, mabey add peps. Ill be eating a maintaince high protein clean diet-mainly eggs,meat,fruit and oats and am hoping for a slight leaning effect if possible. im about 210 -12-13% body fat at moment. After the 60 days i will diet last bit of fat off using just peps, only want to get to 10%. This will be my first run with gh but i responed well to peps with no sides at all, even at higher doses
