Best way to tighten skin

Just keep dropping bf. It takes time for that loose skin to tighten up.. Speaking from experience here.

Yeah, just keep plugging away man. I was a bigboy too and lost a good amount of weight so i totally know what you are going through.

But as others have said, you're not at 8% so just keep dieting. You should at least be able to see upper abs too.

And insulin sensitivity is actually a good thing man. I don't know why you would NOT want that. The only problem there was going from 60 (im assuming you were there for awhile) immediately back to 300. I would have slowly added them week by week.

I use to get the injectable Thimoucase in the 80's, Nothing worked like that.

Definitely still bf. Core workouts will help with attacking that area. Hell, even dancing, stretching, and aerobic type activities will work well for that area.

Yea, try losing more. It looks like your upper abdominal area will start showing first. Then you will see if the area around your navel is just skin. And inject the gh into the fat area. When I was using Gh and nubain i always injected into my left side because I am a righty. Well now I have less fat on that side. This was over the course of a year. It defenitly did something....
