OKAY HERE GOES
(BAKE BIG BAG OF SWEET POTATOES ON 425 for 50minutes turn repeat)
KEEP A FEW IN THE FRIDGE AND PUT THE REST IN THE FREEZER
Ingredients
Sweet potato
Protein powder of some sort
Fat source (any you prefer)
stevia/sweetner
cinnamon
salt
Add peeled and overbaked sweet potato into protein bottle (should be very soft)
add protein powder of your choice
Fat source of your choice( I use almond oil)
sweetner of your choice ( I use 2 packs stevia)
cinnamon to taste
salt to taste
Now you can blend this to make it smooth and creamy or just shake it up because the sweet potato are so soft and most it goes down very easy with a nice texture.
You can use any combinations of whey/sweet potato/fat source to hit your macros
