OKAY HERE GOES

(BAKE BIG BAG OF SWEET POTATOES ON 425 for 50minutes turn repeat)

KEEP A FEW IN THE FRIDGE AND PUT THE REST IN THE FREEZER

Ingredients

Sweet potato
Protein powder of some sort
Fat source (any you prefer)
stevia/sweetner
cinnamon
salt


Add peeled and overbaked sweet potato into protein bottle (should be very soft)
add protein powder of your choice
Fat source of your choice( I use almond oil)
sweetner of your choice ( I use 2 packs stevia)
cinnamon to taste
salt to taste

Now you can blend this to make it smooth and creamy or just shake it up because the sweet potato are so soft and most it goes down very easy with a nice texture.

You can use any combinations of whey/sweet potato/fat source to hit your macros

Pros

Takes 1 minute to prepare
Takes 1 minute to consume
Its mostly whole food (sweet potatoes are the most nutritious food item available)
Tastes FUCKIN AMAZING
Causes no bloat and makes it easy for extra calories

2 tblsp peanut butter
1 banana
2 scoops whey (chocolate is best, vanilla is also very good)
6-7 ice cubes
Blend for 20 sec, scrape excess off sides and mix, blend another 10 sec, enjoy...

Has the consitency of a milkshake. Very smooth and creamy and FUCKING delicious... ive been using the cheap muscle tech whey from sams club the deluxe chocolate and fuck its good... rivals a real milkshake honestly lol. 750 cals and 55-65g protein depending on they whey you use.

I will not be trying that one LOL oliveoil is only good in salads IMHO.. but to each his own

Juat trust me bro.. yours is a little unorthodox with the sweet potatoes haha but since mine is kinda odd i know theres z chance it may go together well and not sound like it. I dont particularly enjoy olive oil, but i have tried the shake with and without it juat to taste the difference and juat the small amount of olive oil gives it a different consistency and thickness and adds to the flavor. It makes it sweeter and more satisying, and i dont even particularly care for the stuff, i just began using it to pack in easy cheap cals from some healthy fats and BAM it was delicious..
 
Hand blender recoomendation?

I need a blender reccomendation, sounds like too much for the good ol' hand blender ive been using for the past 10 years. lol

Any thoughts?
