Same principles for man or woman. Chest is a major muscle group (includes Pecs, major and minor, front delts, and triceps) Of course there is back and legs which at also major muscle groups. The basic WO trains all major muscle groups evenly.
I've trained 100's of women, Including my X-wife who is NPC nation level BB and my GF who is a NPC national level figure girl.
I'm a moron LOL! I guess being a nationally recognized trainer does not count.
