Beta Alanine + NO2 & Kre-Alkalyn

Aloha Bruthas,

Started using it 2 weeks ago with NO2 & Kre-Alkalyn Explosion (Lifesourcenutrition). Must say my workouts, strength and intensity have been damn impressive.

Anyone else currently or used this combination--feedback appreciated.

I like Beta Analine

I've only used beta-analine. I wait until I get near a sticking point in my DC routine then load up on the beta analine and I generally get 2-4 extra reps next rotation, so I can keep the exercise longer. I don't think using it all the time is great as I do get "immune" to it after say 6 weeks.

NO I've tried bu it's just for pumps mostly, right? And Kre.... ? Is that a creatine?

Definitely 2-thurbs up for Beta-Analine (esp from truenutrition.com since it's cheap).
