So I'm dieting for a show, not my first rodeo by any means but now I am on coreg for blood pressure / high resting heart rate. An Ace Inhibitor alone is not an option per my MD.
Problem is, I can't get my heart rate in fat burning zone. Unless Im doing balls out, all out HIIT, I can't get my heart rate above 100. With all out hiit, I can get to about 120-130. Target fat burn zone for me is 130ish.
When I do regular cardio, am I basically not burning fat at all since my heart rate is sitting around 100? I remember last prep, sweating my ass off doing cardio.. no matter what I do now, I barely break a sweat.
Yes, I use stimulant fat burners. Am I screwed
