total cholesterol was 450 LDL was around 380 my HDL was somewhere near 25 was a death path i feel incredible now all my numbers are in check to perfect get blood work every 3 months

450... Good grief man, I didn't know it was possible to even have a number that large. I bet you did feel like shit especially with the high pressure issue in lieu of that. I'm actually surprised your HDL was that high. Thankfully you wised up or else it would have been a short life.

yeah scuba it was quite the scare!!! my total cholestrol is around 180 now and bp is 120/80 i got a second chance... im off the crestor and slowly stopping the beta blockers cut pill in half and have no side effects soon i will go to e.o.d. then stop the beta blockers. I have noticed i can do more cardio and my resting heart rate is 70 instead of 50
