I have the same issues man. Headache, stuffy sinuses, flushing.

I tried Avanafil and it gave me the same sides. The only benefit was that the sides lasted a shorter amount of time.

They all work for me....even using doses that are 1/4 of what is typically recommended. I think I even went down to about 10-15mg of Avanafil and it worked great....but still got the side effects. I can't imagine what the full 50mg dose would do.

Let me tell you, theres a supplement out there called ( High T ) made by kingfisher media. Its a natural supplement, but holy sh** it works. After about 4 days, makes me horny as hell. You can by this almost anywhere.. just look online.
