better protein synthesis if you evened up your total amino acid profile for the day?

when i look at the mg's of amino acid proflie for the total day, i see a few that seem to be a lot lower than the others like thrytophan, methoinine, cystine, and well histadine is suppose to be more important for babies, but if you evened these AA's more up with the others guys that are some like 4 and 5 x much mg's could you get better synthesis or is there just enough of the lower AA's to not make any difference in the synthesis? im assuming this would be a long study to maybe have some hard ground in that? note we do know that the bcaa's are in dominace for building muscle? any opinions

So, you're referring to an attempt to play chemist and reformulate a suspected inferior product in the slight chance that you may possibly gain a minute advantage over the initial amino profile?

I believe the body will take whatever amino acids that it needs for any given state of anabolism requirement. The rest will most likely be turned to glucose or stored as liver glycogen.

I wouldn't over think this one too much. Just find a good amino and run with it.

My 2 cents, anyway.

no, it wouldnt help.

they are lower for a reason (assuming you are using good protein sources)

The key aminos for Muscle Protein Synthesis are leucine, isoleuc, valine, and a FEW others, and those are usually very high in sources like beef, whey, egg, etc

The others, while also important, arent needed in as high of quantities
