Better results with junk food?

Yeah that diet will definitely put some weight on you... I'd feel like complete shit after 1500cals of McDonald's...

Think I'll stick to making my eggs with olive oil and wing deal cheat meals lol.

Yeah it sucked. Fun experience when I was like 25 but I'd never do that again.

And eating king size candy bars during a hard leg workout. That didn't go well a few times...
 
OP is on to something here. Because since I incorporated pop tarts into my pre-workout regimen gains have been ridiculous(to say the least, almost scary)


I'm not talking a half a pack bullshit, I'm talking 1 box 1 hr pre workout in conjunction with 2 scoops of cell tech(has healthy sugars for maximum muscle fullness/glycogen storage pre-workout)


I don't think anyone will be calling me crazy when I step up on the local stage.
 
^^^^^ I've read a few times about pop tarts and Mountain Dew post or pre workout....is it just the shit ton of sugar and insulin spikes or what's the reasoning?

That can and does 'work' very well...for a limited time and then less as your body become less 'sensitive'

I was actually being srs there was talk of pop tarts and mt dew....maybe with insulin? I remember it tho as it definitely stood out lol
