Better to eat 50 grams of protein every 3 hours or 25 grams every two hours?

Correct me if I am wrong, but taking into consideration your metabolic rate along with bring a meso, ecto, etc I would think also plays a role?
 
That would determine carb and fat requirements more than protein. If your metabolism is high you just need more carbs/fats. If it is slower than less. The whole point of the carbs in the case of a high metabolism is to prevent your protein from being used for energy. Some people up the protein, but I find this redundant. If the body is just going to convert it it ketone/glucose/fats anyway, you might as well just eat those things instead.
 
I am a lot more relaxed with my diet when im not trying to lean down but I definitely need to loose bodyfat mainly in the love handles and lower stomach area. So while I am not competing I am trying to lower my carbs and fats. I am trying to eat small meals throughout the day so I dont feel hunger pangs and feel full. Would I better off taking in 50 grams of protein every 3 hours or 25 grams every 2 hours? When Im at work im depending mainly on whey protein isolate and at home I try to eat as much green veggies as I can.
Eating every two hours does nothing but cause shitty bg swings. Eat every 3-4 hours, better for digestion. Just plan out your daily protein.
 
That post/thread was 8 years old but I agree with eating every 4-5 hours. No need for more often.
 
Old thread but eating small meals is the last thing I want to do when losing weight. Hunger sucks why tease yourself with meals fit for a girl? Rather save those precious calories and eat 1 or 2 real meals (pw and before bed).
 
The difference between those 2 scenarios are not really comparable as one could lead to eating 50% more protein a day.
