In the early ninty's there was a guy named Jeff Feliciano ( Weider/ FLEX )
6-8 weeks of 100 rep or failure, 4 sets a day, 30 minutes of workout. This will not be good for anyone O'naturAL. Personally, I hated this but my fast twitch fiber difinately tripled over a years time. Toughest workouts I ever had but would'nt recommend. Long time to recover.
