I remember it being so bad I ran my arm under a cold shower knowing it wast going to do any good but I did it anyways. Just becareful pinning and injecting. If you feel even the slightest bit of pain or resistance as oil goes in. Stop and repin elsewhere.

This is the exact thing I experienced twice. I even ran around my house for a minute too. Lol.

I can not muster the strength for either. Tried tricep once and it hurt like a mofo

i inject eod and go glute, glute, shoulder, shoulder, tri, tri ... So once every 12 days, and I've put as much as 2.5ml in there

Never tried triceps always seemed like I wouldn’t be able to reach properly. I can’t even do my own mid delts and I’m not that big. The whole fascia stretching thing is a nice theory. But I remember reading somewhere that it’s so strong you might as well be trying to stretch steel. I made my own SEO and did ML’s in the biceps for months. Shot test in there as well. Didn’t really notice a difference at the end. I think the results are temporary. If anything it’s at least another spot to inject when you need more sites to rotate.
