Bicep Peaks

The only difference between bicep exercises is hand position (neutral/supine/pronated) and elbow position (next to body/high up). Try a high elbow curl. My gym has a great isolation machine where my hand finishes almost behind my head and its great on the peak. Without that, high cable curls with elbow straight out from body. .... Or say F it, you don`t have genetics and give up, shoot SEO.

My left bicep is way less peaked than my right and I (obviously) train them in the exact same manner. It's all genetics unfortunately
