Biceps peak

Ok guys, whatever I do for my biceps I can’t get that biceps peak that some people have. I am 6’3 and have long arms and long muscles but I still think I could at least get little peak…..
What are the best exercises to get this? Any tips appreciated...

Exercises that work your brachialis and brachoradialis (like hammer curls) can help a tiny bit, but aside from that it's genetics. If you're already maxed out in terms of arm size, then synthol might be your only answer.
 
I have the same problem. I try to work the long head a little more often. Working the brachialis which goes under the bicep will help to push it up and working the anterior deltoid, while not actually increasing your peak, will help to accentuate it while flexing
 
Peak

Genetics,

you have the peak like Ronnie or Darrem Charles has it as well, Robby.

The guys with big arms too Levrone had a great set of arms but no crazy peak to them.

That comes with genetics, but doesnt mean you cant build a great set of arms if you dont have a crazy peak to them.

shape of the muscle is genetics, you cant really change the shape
of the muscle,

it is what is,

just make them sonbitches HUGE!!!!!! and dont worry about a fuckin peak

Syntherol will help considerably if used as directed. Just one course and you can see a difference. Perhaps worth giving it a shot if youre a competitve bodybuilder.
 
instead of curling your wrist in, try pushing your hands away from your arms at the top of your curling movements. and forcing the contraction.
